A new partnership with a large international sports broadcasting company will see the Italian side unveil a new series of TV shows and other media content that will be available exclusively online.
The project, which is part of the Juventus’ partnership with Sportnet, is expected to be launched in 2018.
The new partnership will see Del Pieris new TV shows, featuring the club’s top stars, produced in-house by the Italian football team.
Alessandro Del Pio, chairman of the Italian club, will also be part of a new online channel that will provide news, analysis and commentary for the channel.
“I believe that this project is a unique opportunity to create a new type of television content, where we will have the opportunity to present the football side of Juventus,” Del Pieroes new boss, Giovanni Savarese, said.
“With the support of a huge network, this will allow us to make our shows available to everyone, which will make it possible for us to achieve a higher level of quality.”
The deal, which has yet to be announced, will see Sportnet develop a global platform for content, including news, sport, entertainment, lifestyle and lifestyle programmes.
It is expected that the new show will be based on Sportnet’s football and international coverage, and will feature players, coaches, legends, legends of the game and other athletes.
Del Piero’s team will also use the channel for live coverage of the Serie A season, which begins in October.
Sportsnet has also secured a long-term deal to broadcast the UEFA Champions League on behalf of Juventus.
