The job market is tough for people who make movies, music videos, and TV shows.
The median salary for a SONY movie producer in the United States is $68,000, according to a study from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
That’s lower than the $92,000 median salary of a producer in Japan.
That figure includes salaries for sound and editing jobs, and a person working on a film’s marketing campaign gets a lower percentage of their pay.
“You’re paying a lot less than a lot of people are making,” said David L. Minsky, a professor of media and entertainment studies at Columbia University.
The reality is that the U:m looking for a lot more people who can help us make movies.
The SONY Interactive Entertainment Jobs Survey asked SONY employees about their current and future job needs and salary expectations, including salaries for senior and associate producer positions.
SONY executives have said that the company plans to hire more than 4,000 people over the next five years, and the median salary would increase by about $40,000 per year.
That may not sound like much, but that’s still more than $100,000 a year for a full-time employee.
In the years before the recession, SONY CEO Shintaro Shimada said the company had about 3,000 employees, but now it’s recruiting a third of them.
Sixty percent of the workers interviewed for the survey said they had a flexible schedule or were working in teams.
“What’s interesting to me is that they’re not really taking a break,” said Daniel Vetter, an analyst at the investment bank Goldman Sachs.
The average salary for an associate producer is $67,000.
The survey found that SONY’s top-paid producer was a woman, with a median salary that is $65,000 and a bonus that tops out at $40 million.
“We’ve always thought that our pay is not as good as people in other industries, but it is still pretty good,” Vetter said.
A typical SONY employee works an average of 30 hours per week, according a company spokesperson.
Some of the companies that offer pay that is better than the industry average include Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney.
Sony’s compensation comes from a company called SONY, or Sound and Entertainment, which is based in Japan and is part of the SEGA entertainment conglomerate.
The company was formed in 2011, and it has since made acquisitions and restructured its operations.
SONSYS CEO Shigeru Horie has made the company a household name in Japan with a series of blockbuster movies and a series starring popular Japanese pop star Yoichi Sasaki.
It also owns a TV network, SONSYNE, which has a sizable audience.
Sonsys has about 50 employees in Japan, according the company.
The salary figures for the SONSys job listing were taken from a job listing that was posted on SONSYRENET.com, a site that sells job applications for various SONYS projects.
SONys is a popular movie producer because it’s the one with the best ability to get people who don’t usually make movies to make movies that can be seen by a wide audience, said Lino Bruguera, an associate professor of sociology at San Francisco State University.
But there are also a lot fewer people making movies these days.
“The industry is going through a difficult time, and there are fewer people getting their start in the industry,” Brugueera said.
The numbers for a movie director are particularly high.
A SONSYNATEOFFER spokesperson said the average salary of an SONSYLLE director is $69,000 in the U, and $69.8 million worldwide.
The spokesperson said that salary for the industry is up 4.4% in 2016, but they didn’t have figures for 2017.
A company spokesperson declined to say how much SONSONY pays its movie directors.
“Our compensation strategy is based on the number of projects that we’re producing,” the company said.
“This includes all our new films, as well as the movies that we have already announced, which we have begun production on.”
